Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing CAHLONG! Here are our shipping and delivery terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:

1. Order Confirmation:
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at your provided email address.
  • Order processing may take 2- 5 business days.  Once your product has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your package/s journey to you.  If the order is to be collected from our Barbados CAHLONG Studio, you will receive an email indicating when it is available for collection.

2. Delivery Times:
  • Our delivery (shipment) times are estimates only and are intended to guide our customers on the expected delivery receipt times.
  • Please note that while CAHLONG strives to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for times that fall outside of the estimated delivery window.

Estimated Transit Times:
  • USA, Canada & the Caribbean: 7 days.  
  • Rest of the World: 14 days.

3. Customs and Clearance:
  • CAHLONG is not responsible for Customs clearance times and/or charges incurred during the shipping process. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refused Shipments:
  • In the event that you refuse a shipment, we are not responsible for any charges incurred.
  • If items are returned to CAHLONG, we will attempt to contact you. However, any redirection and/or shipment, customs, and other logistical charges will be your responsibility.
