    Return & Exchange Policy

    We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wooden fashion items. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping but if you experience an issue, please review our return policy below:

    1. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

    • If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately raise a claim with the courier company.
    • Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence of the damage for claim verification.
    • After submitting your claim to the courier, kindly inform us via email at cahlong@cahlong.com, including your order number and claim details.

    2. Defective or Incorrect Items

    • If you believe your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please email cahlong@cahlong.com within 3 business days of delivery.
    • Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and advise on the next steps.

    3. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defect.

    4. Timeframe for Returns

    • Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving our confirmation email and to be received within 10 business days via an air courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, DHL) with real time tracking capabilities.
    • The customer is responsible for return costs associated with the return (shipping, import duties and VAT payable in Barbados, etc.) unless the item was defective or sent in error. Any such charges will be deducted from the purchase amount and the balance will be refunded.

    5. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
    • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to customer handling, or is returned after the allowed timeframe may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
    • Gift cards, sale and promotional items are non-refundable.
